In cooperation with Stripe, Inc. we offer card payments accepting Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

SECTION 10
TAXES AND DUTIES
For orders within the European Union, shipments are made on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, which means all taxes and duties are included in the final price.

For orders outside the EU, shipments are made on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning all taxes and duties are excluded from the final price. Consequently, your order may be subject to local taxes and import duties imposed by your local customs authority or the shipping carrier used. We are unable to determine the exact amount of duties and taxes your order may incur, as these charges are determined by the customs and postal regulations of Norway, the UK, and the US. A Nesting Place does not cover any such taxes, duties, or related charges. Additionally, taxes and duties incurred on refused or unclaimed packages are not the responsibility of A Nesting Place.

SECTION 11
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Products in stock are typically delivered within the specified number of working days as indicated on the Website. Unless otherwise arranged delivery will be completed no later than 30 working days after A Nesting Place has provided written confirmation of the order via the order confirmation. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, if a delivery is delayed beyond 30 working days and is not attributable to you as the Customer, you reserve the right to cancel the purchase.

In cases where delivery is to a specific address, a physical street address and signature upon delivery are required. Deliveries to post office boxes are not supported by carriers. You may designate an alternative address, such as your office, for daytime delivery. If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, you will receive notification via letter, SMS, or email, allowing for scheduling of another delivery attempt. Please note that carrier services and procedures may vary by country and city. A Nesting Place cannot be held accountable for changes to carrier terms of service; thus, for up-to-date information pertinent to your specific location, please refer to dbschenker.com, ups.com, or fedex.com.

In instances where a package is not retrieved, A Nesting Place reserves the right to charge the Customer a fee of 300 SEK to cover double shipping fees and handling charges.

SECTION 12
TRANSPORT DAMAGE
Upon delivery, customers should thoroughly inspect the goods for any damage. Any goods displaying visible external shipping damage must be reported to A Nesting Place. The customer must ensure that the damage is noted on the bill of lading provided by the shipping company at the time of receipt, and the driver should also acknowledge the damage. In the event that hidden defects or transport damages are discovered after the package is opened, the customer should promptly notify A Nesting Place. In cases of any transport damage, customers should contact A Nesting Place immediately, providing clear pictures of the damage and, if applicable, the damaged packaging, along with the order number via email.


SECTION 13
WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN OF ORDER
You have the right to cancel or return your order from the date of purchase until 14 days after you receive the items, unless it's a product that is made on demand. Should you wish to withdraw a purchase, you must send a clear message to A Nesting Place prior to the expiration of the withdrawal period, following the instructions outlined here. In your message, please provide your name, address, and other relevant information, such as the order reference, invoice number, and the name of the product.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs and ensuring the condition of the items. The return and financial responsibility for it are yours until the package reaches us, so we recommend using a trackable delivery service. The returns label should be affixed to the outside of the parcel, covering the original address label.

The product must be returned within 14 days from the date A Nesting Place was notified of the withdrawal. It should be well-packaged, in good condition, and in its original box and/or packaging. This means the items should not be damaged, soiled, torn, wrinkled, altered, or folded, and any labels or tags should remain intact.

Upon withdrawal of your purchase, A Nesting Place will refund the amount you paid for the product, including shipping costs. However, any additional shipping costs incurred due to choosing a delivery method other than the standard one offered by A Nesting Place are not subject to refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded for returns of part of an order. A Nesting Place reserves the right to deduct an amount from the refund corresponding to the depreciation in value of the product compared to its original value if such depreciation is due to excessive handling beyond what is necessary to determine its function or characteristics.

A Nesting Place will refund the amount without undue delay, but no later than within 14 days from the date of receiving your notification of withdrawal. However, repayment may be delayed until A Nesting Place has received the product or you have provided proof of its return, such as a certificate of delivery. Repayment will be made using the payment method you chose, unless otherwise agreed or if there are objections to such repayment.


SECTION 14
FORCE MAJEURE
A Nesting Place bears no responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as general labor disputes, extreme weather conditions, pandemics, acts of war, fires, lightning strikes, terrorist attacks, changes in government orders, technical issues, faults in power-, tele-, or computer communications, or other communication breakdowns, as well as defects or delays in services by subcontractors due to the aforementioned circumstances. In such cases, relief from damages and other measures will be granted. Should any such situation arise, A Nesting Place will notify the Customer both at the commencement and conclusion of the period affected by the current situation. If the situation persists for more than two months, both the Customer and A Nesting Place reserve the right to terminate the purchase immediately.

In addition to the prohibitions outlined in the Terms of Service, you are expressly forbidden from utilizing the site or its content in the following ways:

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website should you violate any of these prohibited uses.

In no case shall A Nesting Place be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.

If you submit a complaint via that platform, your submission will automatically be forwarded to the correct national body responsible for resolving disputes. That body will then contact us and try to resolve the dispute without court involvement. In the event of any dispute, A Nesting Place will comply with the decisions of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes.
