Shipping and returns
SHIPPING
Most of the artworks are shipped directly from our studio, but some artworks are handled by the gallery The Ode To. This is clearly stated on the artworks detail page. For details on shipping that is handled by The Ode To, please click here.
Shipping from our studio
All orders that are handled from our own studio use trackable and reliable shipping. You will get an email with the tracking number as soon as the order leaves the studio. It can take between 1-3 working days before an artwork leaves the studio. Below are the shipping fees for different destinations.
Sweden
FREE SHIPPING
Delivery in 2-4 working days with Postnord.
International Shipping (EU)
Delivery in 5-7 days with DHL, Postnord or FedEX. A fee of 200 SEK will be applied at checkout. Larger pieces will be taken off their stretcher frames, rolled and shipped in a tube. This is always clearly stated in the artwork description.
International Shipping (Outside eu)
Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning that all taxes and duties are excluded in the final price. Fedex International Economy delivers in 4-10 business days, but may vary due to customs routines.
Return Policy
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
RETURN PROCESS
Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping back to us.
1. Notify us in a clear statement to info@srydle.com before the cancellation period has cancelled. Provide your name and order information. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. All items should be returned in its original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not fulfil these criteria.
3. Please note that you are responsible for the return back to us. The return shipping cost will be on you. Use the shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable service so that the product and your refund isn’t lost. Make sure to send the product direct to our studio and not a post office. Send your parcel here:

4. We will refund the amount paid for the product but excluding the initial shipping fee, through the same payment service that was used in the purchase. We will pay back the order within 14 days from the date we received your return notification.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We will refund the amount paid for the product but not the initial shipping fee (the shipping to your home).
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days from the date we received your return notification.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
